for complete cabinet & mechanical system engineering packages.
- We use advanced CATIA V5 software as well as AutoCAD to create our engineering and integrate our packages
with the aircraft structure and all aircraft-side interfaces.
- We pride ourselves in making quality products, while always respecting customer requirements, expectations,
schedules and concerns to provide them with the service they deserve.
- In partnership with our associated companies we can also offer total project management,
including avionic systems design, stress analysis, certification and on-site liaison support.
And all in accordance with applicable FAR/EASA part 25 regulations.
- We work in close collaboration with the production department and ensure we utilize their preferred
methods of fabrication and respect their latest material processing specifications (MPS).
- In cooperation with the customer we can lead the project from creation of the conceptual design
through engineering, production and all the way to final assy and aircraft installation.
- Typical cabinet packages we have worked on include: Fwd & Aft Lav’s, Crew Rest Area’s, Credenza’s,
Divan End Cabinets, Workstations, Entertainment Cabinets, Aft Wardrobe’s, Low Cabinets,
Entrance Enclosure Cabinets, Galley’s, Bulkheads, Cockpits, Structural Floor Raise, all aircraft secondary structure, etc …
- Typical mechanical systems we have worked on include: Waste, Water, ECS, Oxygen, etc …
- We can offer in-service work in support of aircraft service centers on all mechanical jobs/issues, including structural mods.
- In addition we can tender services in terms of creating complete 3D models from old 2D engineering packages
and/or updating and improving them to new modern standards.
- Furthermore, we can also put forward our broad aerospace experience and apply it to yacht interior design and engineering.
